Human-centered content for
a human-focused world.
Hello! I'm Loralee.
I'm a freelance writer based in Southern California. For the past 5 years, I've crafted content for businesses and organizations of all types, from mom-and-pop shops, non-profits, and ketone start-ups, to major cloud computing corporations and personal injury law firms. You name it, I've probably written about it.
I'm a writer at my core: I won my first short story competition when I was in kindergarten. I hold a B.A. in Creative Writing from Stanford University and an M.F.A. in Poetry from the Institute of American Indian Arts. I've received multiple writing awards and accolades, and my poetry has been published in "Yellow Medicine Review," "The Grief Diaries," and more.
As a copywriter, I specialize in highly technical subject matter that requires intensive research and attention to detail. I pride myself on my ability to learn new, complex concepts quickly so I can convey them in a way that is impactful, compelling, and, most importantly, human.
If this sounds good to you, shoot me a message! I'd love to connect, hear about your project, and see what we can accomplish together.
PS: Currently, I am available for remote contract work. As a California resident, I am in compliance with AB-5 requirements and hold a business license from the City of Santa Ana.
